SERVICE &MAINTENANCE/ RECONDITIONING

Sustainable entrepreneurship is something that everyone is concerned with and something we have been working on for years. Our Focus is to provide affordable Cleaning Solutions while retaining the machines used. This means that with our Recon (reconditioning) Service we have been rebuilding young used Cleaning Machines, Sweepers, Sweepers, Scrubber Dryers, Combination Sweepers / Scrubber Dryers for years and give them a second or even third life. This mainly concerns the larger Sweeper, Scrubber and Combination machines, which are carefully repaired and optically upgraded by us. Our brands are Tennant, Hako, Power Boss, Nilfisk and Kärcher. Sustainable repair also involves using efficient applications and modern technology from 3D Printers in House. For example, we also build machines that use injection systems and spraying techniques, whereby suspensions, tools and accessories must be constructed ourselves with our 3D Technology. A cleaning machine (especially the large machines) has many hydraulic lines and valves that need to be tested or partly replaced. We have a hose press and a wide range of hoses and couplings to make and renew the hoses directly in our workshop. We also make hydraulics and high-pressure hoses for third parties. Drives are checked, bearings replaced if necessary, etc. Paint and varnish work is done in a room with an extraction and filter system. Parts that can be sandblasted separately in a blasting tank. The suction beams are also completely disassembled, refurbished and repaired.

We repair not only our own machines at DR Reinigingstechniek, but we also do repairs, service and maintenance work for our existing customers and for new customers. If you have one or more machines, new is too expensive because the costs are too high. Contact us for a personal meeting with you to view the machines, provide explanations and make a price quote. Depending on the delivery times for parts, you should allow between 21-45 days for a reconditioning service. We can also offer service contracts. Depending on the use, we can offer a suitable service contract where we inspect and maintain the machine every 3 or 6 months. The service also determines the result of the cleaning and the lifespan of your machine.
